It is FCCLA Week! We have lots of activities going on throughout this week!

  • Today’s dress up day is Twinning Tuesday!

  • Today we also invite all of our student body to help "FILL THE CRIB".  We are having a baby shower ALL WEEK during FCCLA Week for the YWCA Women's Emergency Shelter!  There are typically 65+ women and children at the emergency shelter, and another 75+ in the supportive housing and human trafficking units. Our drive will focus on supplies for babies under 2 years, hopefully supporting these families in need.   Examples of what you can bring:  diapers of all sizes, bottles, sippy cups, sleepers, blankets, crib bedding, small toys, baby hygiene items. Help to share baby items with these babies in need!   You can drop these items off in the crib near the library. HELP US FILL THE CRIB!!!

  • Every day this week we will have a new famous person posted by the water fountain for you to identify! If you guess who it is, e-mail Miss Ogburn by 2:00 with an answer to enter yourself for a drawing to win a prize!

  • We also have an ongoing Kindness Board that will be placed in the High School Commons! When you do an act of kindness or if someone else does to you, sign your names on the slips at the Kindness Board and we will spread the love all week! The slips will be entered into a drawing for a prize at the end of the week!

Check out our posters around the school for more information on what activities are taking place throughout the week! Everyone can participate, whether you are a member or not! Let's enjoy celebrating our organization this week!
