Weekly eligibility gets run at 10:00am today. 

We are taking orders for the 2021-2022 Yearbooks!  Cost is $35 / book. Please pay online or in the office!

SENIORS: Please have an upright, head and shoulders senior photo emailed to Mrs. Hanson by April 1st. This will be used for the Yearbook as well as the class composite photo on the wall. Slideshow Info from Mr. Torgeson: You are allowed 5 photos total in the slideshow.  Typically, one senior photo and then 4 from years past.  You can mix it however you would like, though.  Please get these to me by April 15th.  Any photos you need scanned, I will do that.  You will receive any hard copy photos you give me back before graduation.  If you have questions, please see Mr. Torgeson!

FCCLA Members! Our March meeting is coming up! Our meeting is tomorrow, Wednesday, March 2nd! Remember to talk to your teachers about any work you'll miss during 7th hour! See you all soon!

MSU Math Meet competitors!: Our meet will be at Mayville State on March 8th! Please have your consent forms turned in by this THURSDAY, March 3rd!

Wednesday is “Read Across America Day!” and March is READING MONTH!

  • At the beginning of each period today there will be 5 minutes of silent reading. You may choose to have them read something for your class in textbooks, novels, or free reading of books or other print materials. 

  • March Madness has started in the Library. A bracket that will have 32 books battle for students' overall favorite.  Students will vote once a week for 2 days until the winner is crowned. Staff can vote, too! The votes may only come from MPCG email addresses. 

    • Students and staff can fill out bracket sheets for "Battle of the Books" this week until Thursday at the end of school. Bracket winners can win a prize!!! Sheets will be near the checkout in the Library as well as the return box. 

  • Students there is an informational session on Thursday, Mar 3 at 8:15 in the library about joining a book club. Come hear what it is all about!

  • Thursday is "Sock It to Illiteracy Day". Wear your craziest socks!  And----- Thursday's contest-  Guess how many books are in the MPCG HS/MS Library.  The person with the closest guess wins a pair of book socks.
